Class 1 - Kundalini
& Somatic Healing Meditation
The class will use Dr. Somer's signature method to guide you through a somatic dialogue with your body physical body to bring what's unconscious to the Light. When guided precisely, the body will tell you if emotions need to be expressed, if energy needs to be moved or if a part of your younger self needs to be integrated.
Class 2
Feminine Embodiment Practice
This is a slow, sensual embodiment practice designed to drop you out of your head and into your body. You'll practice pleasure-led movement and become more congruent with your internal emotional experience and somatic expression.
S Factor
Body-based practice created by Sheila Kelly designed to help women reconnect with their feminine essence, empowerment and sensuality.
Helps women break free from those constraints by allowing them to explore a range of emotions and energies through movement, such as strength, grace, vulnerability, confidence and pleasure.

Each practice is infused with the wisdom of Dr. Somer’s 20+ years in the therapy world, supporting you to integrate all levels of healing - emotional, energetic, physical and spiritual.

We are a monthly online sanctuary for those who want to experience deeper safety, vitality, and intimacy within themselves, their body and in relationship to others. This is for those tired of focusing on healing and ready to activate aliveness.
Each month, we gather 2x/mo on Zoom to explore somatic healing, movement, and energy work in community.
These sessions are designed to help you regulate your nervous system, open your heart, and reconnect with your innate life force energy.

About Dr. Somer Nicole
My intention has always been to get to the root of people’s pain and ease suffering. After 20+ years in the healing and therapy worlds, I know now all sustainable results happen through the body and nervous system.
Years of unresolved trauma and chronic dysregulation shut us off from our felt sense, our intuition, creativity and curiosity. Instead of going into the mental loops that keep us dysregulated, what is needed most for true healing are new imprints of safety and connection.
Our nervous system and our body’s intuition are incredibly intelligent. I’m here to help you slow down enough to feel through somatic (physical) sensation what your body is trying to say. The body will always guide us directly to our innate needs and desires.
I am a Somatic Therapist, Kundalini Teacher and Energy Healer. My Doctorate is in Physical Therapy and my deeper studies have been in Somatic Therapy, the Nervous System, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki and Feminine embodiment through S Factor. I am a master at attuning to energy, reading the body and directing life force energy therapeutically. Above all the letters behind my name, I am a Medicine Woman at heart.
I’m here for the evolution of your Soul, for you to reclaim your life force energy and understand how to direct it for the Highest Good. What is lost can be reclaimed through the body. If we want to feel different, we have to move the body differently and I’m here to guide you what’s deeply needed for sustainable change in your nervous system.

This isn't about being flexible or "doing it right." It's about being in YOUR body, honoring YOUR rhythm.
Some sessions you might move a lot. Some sessions you might just breathe. Some sessions you might stay still.
All of it is welcome.
Keep your camera off. Grab a hoodie. Dim your lights. Whatever feels safe.
You can be fully hidden and still receive the full benefit of the practice.
Your body decides.
You will be sent the replay for the Kundalini & Somatic healing sessions. The Feminine Embodiment practices will not be available through replay, so please save the dates (5-6pm PST).
Talk therapy = understanding your patterns.
Embodiment practice = new nervous system imprints.
You can know why you shut down, but until your body experiences staying open in safe connection, the pattern repeats.
This is the missing piece.
Two sessions per month.
Each about 60-90 minutes.
That's it. You can do more if you want (we have 100+ bonus practices), but twice a month is all you need.

This is trauma-informed. You're always in control.
You can modify, take breaks, be off camera, or just witness.
If you're in acute crisis, I recommend having a primary therapist and using this as supplemental support.
